These Moorah Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Moorah platform and its services. By accessing the platform or using its services, users agree to comply with the applicable Terms of Use, policies and conditions. These terms cover platform access, customer responsibilities, accounts, product information, purchases, commissions, intellectual property, exchanges and returns, submissions, complaints and termination. Users who do not agree with these terms should not access or use the platform or its services.
Accessing the Moorah platform or using its services constitutes acceptance of the applicable Terms of Use. The terms establish the permitted and prohibited ways users may access and interact with the platform. Users who do not agree to these requirements should stop accessing and using the platform and its services.
Certain activities or services may be governed by additional conditions. Engagement tools are subject to the applicable Platform Engagement Tools Terms & Conditions, while livestream, user-generated and relevant third-party content may be subject to Content Terms of Service. Product purchases are subject to the applicable Terms of Sale, while Digital Goods, vouchers, gift cards and Moorah Wallet services may be governed by their respective terms where those services apply.
Moorah services are intended for users who have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under applicable laws. Users who have previously been suspended or who are in breach of the Terms of Use may not be permitted to access the services.
According to the stated Moorah terms, users under 21 years old must obtain consent from their parent or legal guardian, including acceptance of the Terms of Use and responsibility for the user’s actions, charges associated with use of the services or purchases, and compliance with the terms. Without the required consent, the user must stop accessing and using the platform and services.
Access to password-protected or otherwise secure areas is restricted to customers with registered accounts where applicable. Users must not attempt to obtain unauthorized access to protected areas, services or information through methods that Moorah has not intentionally made available for their use.
From 1 October 2025, Moorah’s stated commission activation process requires users participating in the applicable referral commission system to make a purchase each month to activate commissions earned from their downline for that month. The terms further state that at least RM65 worth of products must be purchased per month to maintain referral bonus income.
Earned commissions initially appear in the user’s wallet as a “Floating Balance.” After the required purchase is completed, the month’s Floating Balance is transferred to the user’s “Total Balance” on the first day of the following month, according to the stated commission process.
Moorah states that this system is intended to reward active community members. Under the stated terms, commissions that are not activated may be passed to an active upline. Users participating in the referral system should therefore review the current requirements applicable to each commission period.
Users agree to comply with guidelines, notices, operating rules, policies and instructions relating to access to the Moorah platform and use of its services. Moorah may revise applicable terms, and published changes become part of the conditions governing continued platform use.
Users must not impersonate another person or entity, falsely represent an affiliation, use the platform for illegal or unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation or other users, distribute prohibited materials, or upload software or materials containing viruses, malicious code or harmful components. Platform use must also comply with applicable laws, internet standards and acceptable-use requirements.
Moorah may upgrade, modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the platform or services. Access may therefore be affected by changes to platform functionality or availability.
Moorah reserves the right, without an obligation to do so, to monitor or screen platform content, restrict user access, report suspected legal violations to relevant authorities, cooperate with investigations and request information where inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent activity is suspected.
Use of Moorah services is also subject to the Moorah Privacy Policy. Where applicable, Terms of Sale, Digital Vouchers & Gift Cards Terms, Moorah Wallet User Terms, Voucher Terms & Conditions and other service-specific conditions may supplement these Terms of Service.
Users agree to use Moorah services lawfully and in good faith. Information and data supplied to the platform should be accurate, and users are responsible for the information they provide.
Moorah reserves the right to cancel or reject use of its services at its discretion, particularly where fraud or suspicious transactions are suspected. Users should ensure that their account, order and payment information is accurate when interacting with the platform.
Moorah strives to provide accurate product information, but the Terms of Service state that product descriptions may not always be accurate, complete, current or error-free. Customers should review the information displayed for the relevant product before completing an order.
Listed product prices are subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may also be updated without prior notice, so the amount displayed during the current purchasing process should be reviewed before an order is completed.
Third-party vendors that are not affiliated with Moorah may list and sell products through the platform. Where a purchase involves a third-party vendor, the sale agreement between the customer and that vendor is treated as an independent agreement. Third-party vendors may also use paid Moorah services to promote listings.
Certain Moorah services may require an account and the provision of Personal Data. A username and password may be issued by Moorah or supplied by the customer and accepted by the platform. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and maintaining the security of their accounts.
Users should notify Moorah promptly if they know or reasonably suspect that their username or password has been compromised, used without authorization or otherwise requires updating. Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and should not disclose them to other parties.
Where supported by a permitted mobile device and the Moorah service, fingerprint or facial recognition may be available as a verification method in place of a username, password or one-time PIN for certain access or payment-verification purposes. Users are responsible for the security of their device and biometric functions.
The stated terms specify that Moorah does not collect, process or store facial or fingerprint information in providing the biometric verification service. The device’s facial or fingerprint authentication module is not provided by Moorah, and availability or compatibility of biometric verification is not guaranteed across all equipment, software or infrastructure.
Access, information, data or communications associated with a user’s username, password or enabled biometric verification may be treated as activity performed by that user. Account credentials and biometric access should therefore remain confidential and should not be shared with another party.
Intellectual property in the Moorah platform and its materials is owned, licensed to or controlled by Moorah, its licensors or its service providers. Applicable intellectual property rights may be enforced to the extent permitted by law.
Platform materials may not be reproduced, reverse engineered, decompiled, disassembled, altered, distributed, republished, broadcast, mirrored, transferred or otherwise used beyond the permissions provided under the terms without the relevant prior permission. Permitted personal and non-commercial use remains subject to the applicable conditions and proprietary notices.
Trademarks displayed through Moorah may belong to Moorah or third parties. Display of a trademark does not itself grant users a licence or right to use that trademark, including through meta tags, links or other uses, without permission from the applicable rights holder.
Exchanges and returns must follow the instructions in the applicable Moorah Exchange/Returns Policy. The stated terms provide that goods sold are generally non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable except where an item is delivered damaged, defective or incorrect, or where applicable law requires otherwise.
Customers who receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product must notify Moorah Customer Service within three calendar days from the date the goods are delivered. Customers may be asked to provide proof of purchase together with clear photographs or videos showing the product and its packaging. Claims submitted after the stated three-day period may not be accepted.
Moorah reserves the right to inspect and verify a claim and determine whether an exchange, refund, replacement or another appropriate remedy will be provided. Customers should retain the relevant order information and supporting evidence when submitting a claim.
If an incorrect product is delivered because of an error by Moorah or the Seller, the customer must notify Moorah Customer Service within three calendar days from delivery. After verification, Moorah states that it will arrange for the incorrect product to be exchanged for the correct product at no additional cost to the customer.
Customers are responsible for checking selected products, quantities and delivery details before completing a purchase. Orders placed incorrectly by a customer are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange or refund except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Customers with questions or complaints may contact the relevant Seller through the platform where applicable or contact Moorah through the Contact Us page. Providing relevant order and transaction information can help identify the matter being raised.
Where a customer cannot resolve a dispute directly with a Seller through amicable negotiations, the stated terms provide that Moorah may suggest and implement an appropriate resolution at its discretion.
Information or materials submitted to Moorah, including questions, reviews, comments and suggestions, are subject to the platform’s submission terms. Users must not use false email addresses, impersonate other people or mislead Moorah or third parties about the origin of a submission. Moorah may publish, remove or edit submissions but is not obligated to do so.
The stated terms provide for the use of information supplied by users for informational and promotional emails. Users may subsequently opt out of promotional emails through the appropriate unsubscribe link provided in such communications.
Collection, use and disclosure of Personal Data are subject to the Moorah Privacy Policy and the purposes described in that policy. Users should review the Privacy Policy together with these Terms of Service when using the platform.
Moorah may terminate platform or service access, disable applicable login or biometric verification functions, or restrict access where permitted under the Terms of Use. This may include circumstances involving a breach of the terms or conduct considered inconsistent with applicable platform conditions.
The stated Terms of Use provide that users may terminate the terms by giving seven days’ written notice through the Contact Us page on the platform.
Following termination, the user will cease to have access to the applicable platform or services. Where an account has an available balance, withdrawal is subject to the prevailing terms and conditions applicable at the time of termination.
